Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 cup of salsa4 eggs...or as many as your guests want.
Directions
Grease skillet.
Brown ground turkey.
Add cup of salsa and cook 3 min.
Add eggs, whole, and cover. Cook for seven minutes (depending on amount of runny-ness of yolk wanted).

Serving Size: Serves 2-3 people of one-two eggs and one cup of meat serving.
