American Coconut Pork Curry

Ingredients
24 oz. Pork Loin, cubed 1 can tomato paste1 can lite coconut milk1 green pepper1 oniongaram masala (recipe found on pinterest)cayenne pepper (ground)
Directions
Cube Pork and place in crockpot on low.

In food processor add onion, green pepper, garam masala, cayenne, tomato paste, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture over cubed pork.

Cook for 3 hours.

Cube zucchini and squash into large chunks and add to crock pot.

Cook 1-2 more hours on high.
