black beans, pre cooked brown rice, spinach, garlic, onion, arugula, chopped walnuts and crumbled feta cheese.
Heat chicken stock and add grated garlic and chopped onion and cook until softened. Add black beans simmer until liquid is reduced. Steam spinach in 1/2 cup of chicken let simmer. place pre cooked brown rice in bowl put garlic black beans on top then place steam spinach on top of black beans an d final layer is the arugula /walnut salad with feta crumbles on top. One bowl dish and taste awsome!
