Potato Galattes

Ingredients
Baking paper3 large potatoes2 tbls of olive oil1 tbls sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Thinly slice potatoes, toss with oil and salt. Arrange like flowers overlapping each other on the baking trays and bake for 20 mins or until golden brown. Yummy
