Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower1/2 cup mozzarella cheese1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese2 eggs1/4 to 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Purée cauliflower chunks in food processor. Steam in microwave for 4 minutes. Strain and then place 1 cup at a time in a clean tea towel and squeeze out remaining water. In bowl mix together all ingredients. Form into circle on parchment lined pan and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Add desired sauce and toppings and cook for 10 minutes

Serving Size: Make 4 slices. One serving is 2 slices
