Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
5 slices bread 2 c broccoli chopped5 slices Canadian bacon diced1/2 cup shredded cheddar1/2 c cottage cheese1 c evaporated milk1 T dijon5 eggsparsley, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray crock pot with non stick spray. Tear bread into bottom. Layer on Canadian bacon, broccoli and cheese. Whisk well the remaining ingredients and pour over top. Cook on low 3 hours or until mostly firm and not runny.
