Ingredients
1 Bag of Boneless, Skinless Plain Chicken Tenders1 Cup Italian Dressing1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard3 Tbsp. Parsley2 tsp. Garlic Powder2 tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Place your tenders in a casserole dish. If they are frozen, you don't have to defrost them for this to turn out well.

Whisk dressing, mustard, parsley, garlic, and cayenne together. Pour over chicken. Cover with tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes if cooking from fresh or one hour if cooking from frozen.

Uncover and allow to sit for two minutes before serving.
