4 large eggs2 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla1/16 tsp salt1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1. Preheat oven to 325o degrees F.
2. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, salt and sugar, whisk together by hand.
3. Pour into a shallow baking dish, sprinkle with nutmeg
4. Set pan dish in a pan containing one inch of water.
5. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until set.
Cool and keep refrigerated
