Oatmeal Protein Breakfast Drink with Flax Seed

Ingredients
Almond Milk - Silk Original, 2 cup Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) *Greek Nonfat plain Yogurt, 0.125 cup *Power Protein Whey Powder (1 scoop = 39 grams), 1 serving Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .125 tsp *Pumpkin Pie spice, .125 tsp Grain oatmeal, 0.5 cup Flax Seed, Hodgson Milled Flax Seed, .5 tbsp (or brand you prefer)Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, 1 tbsp.Lipton Green Tea (tea bag for hot tea)
Directions
Cook Oatmeal in microwave safe bowl large enough so oatmeal will not spill over (use oatmeal instructions on box and use luke-warm Green Tea to replace water for Oatmeal. Add the cinnamon, vanilla and allspice before you cook oatmeal). Cook for 2.5 minutes
Use the 2 cups of Almond Milk to cool oatmeal in bowl
Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix
Enjoy!
