Pea and Ham Soup

Ingredients
800ml boiling water2 reduced salt stock cubes1 onion chopped2 bacon medallions1 medium peeled and chopped potato400g frozen peas
Directions
Add water, stock cubes, onion, potato and peas and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins. Blitz with a hand blender. Add chopped bacon medallions and let simmer again for 5 mins
