Ingredients
-Summer Squash, 5 medium -Onions, raw, 1 large --Walnuts, 0.75 cup, ground -Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.75 cup -Eggs - large, 5 serving -avocado oil, 2 tbsp -herbs (parsley, dill, mint*, dry sour cherries or cranberries) - a spoon of each of the herbs and a fist full of dry sour cherries.-spices (turmeric, black pepper, sea salt).-avocado oil 2 tpsp.
Directions
grind squash via processor.
pour all materials in pan.
heat on low heat, 'till water of squash evaporates.
after squash cooling, process other materials and add them all, with the squash, into a large bowl to mix.
Then add herbs and spices and oil and add to a pan and place in over and cook in middle rack at 300 degrees F. for 60 minutes, 'till it becomes crusty.
