Bird's Eye Steamfresh Broccoli & Cauliflower, 4 cup *Velvetta 2% Cheese, 1.50 ozCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1.50 oz *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 0.5 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash *5th Season Seasoned Salt, 0.25 tsp Chicken stock, home-prepared, .50 cup Water, tap, 1 cup
open the bag of broccoli and cauliflower, can be fresh but you should probably steam it first, if using fresh. Place in a pan add low sodium seasoning salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Use 1/2 can of low fat cream of mushroom, and a 1 tablespoon of butter. shred lowfat cheddar and colby cheese about and ounce each ,then cut up velvetta cheese place in the oven, add chicken stock and water, feel free to add others like a dash of salt, or onion. Place in oven and cook on 350 while you prepare the other food items.
