Gluten Free Mama'a Hamburger Buns

Ingredients
Gluten Free Mama's Almond Flour, 3 cup Yeast, bakers, 1 heaping tbsp.*Xanthan Gum, 1 1/2 tsp*Water, warm tap (110 F), 1.25 cup *Salt (table), 1 tsp Honey, 3 tbsp or sugarEgg whole - medium per egg, 2 serving*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1/3 cup
Directions
mix water and yeast together set aside.
mix dry ingredients and then add remaining ingredients.
Mix together in stand mixer for 2 minutes.

Divide into 12 4" pans. Let raise cover for 2 hours.
bake at 400* for 15-25 minutes
