Spicy slaw

Ingredients
2 bags Cabbage1 Jalapeno Peppers, choppedCilantro, dried, 1 tbsp or 1/2 bunch fresh1 tsp Cider Vinegar1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar1/2 cup Milk, 1%1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix cabbage, jalapeno pepper and cilantro. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage mixture. Stir and put in fridge several hours.
