Hamburger Vegetable Soup - no white starches - Easy

Ingredients
1 lb.Ground Serloin 10% fat.1 drained can Kidney Beans light (Publix)2 cups Mixed Vegetables,(PictSweet All Natural)1 drained can Great Northern Beans (Bush's) 1 1/2 Carton Chicken Stock (Kitchen Basics) 6 cups1 Med OnionFresh Kale chopped Baker Farms 1/3 bag 3 tsp. Beef Base, Better Than BouillonPepper to taste
Directions
Brown Ground Sirloin in frying pan. Chop onion into approx. 1 inch size. In Lg. pot or crockpot (slow cooker) add browned ground sirloin and all remaining ingredients except Kale. Season to taste. Add Kale 15 minutes before serving. Cook in pot 1 hour to 4 hours. Crockpot 4 hrs. Stir occasionally. Add water if necessary.
