ObeseJess Pineapple Pizza on whole wheat

Ingredients
1 cup Water, tap 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Honey 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (I like the kind that looks white) 1 tsp kosher salt1 tsp yeast6 oz fresh kosher mozzarella cheese (trader joes)1 cup pizza sauce (I used great value) 1/2 cup pineapple, fresh4 tsp minced garlicitalian seasoning to taste
Directions
combine everything except pizza toppings in a bowl. Knead the dough on a floured surface. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 90 minutes. Roll the dough out on a floured surface or you can hand press it into a pan. It's up to you.
Top with pizza sauce. Sliced the mozzarella into thin slices and top. Add pineapple and onions.

Bake at 375 for 12-18 minutes depending on your oven .
