Cream Cheese Squares

Ingredients
1 Pkg of cream cheese or light cream cheese, room temperature2 eggs, room temperature1/2 c. powdered sugar (can substitute with Slenda if you use it)1 tspn vanilla extract2 c. old fashioned oats, uncooked1 stick butter, softened1/2 c. brown sugar2 tspn cinnamon
Directions
preheat oven to 325, spray a 9' square pan with non-stick spray

Put first 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix on high speed till thoroughly combined with no lumps

In a second bowl, combine remaining ingredients, press into the bottom of the pan, then pour the cheese mixture evenly over the oats. Bake for 40 minutes on center rack. Allow to cool completely before you cut into 16 even squares. These can be put in mini muffin tins as well to be shared with others more easily for those who inquire about single servings. Enjoy!
