Curried Sweet Potato Soup

Sweet potato, 4 sweetpotato, 5" long Apples, fresh, 3 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb Bovril Concentrated Chicken Bouillon, 6 tsp Curry powder, 1 tsp Honey, .33 tbsp Milk, 2%, 1 cup
Add water to a large saucepan and start it heating on medium heat while you peel and chop the sweet potatoes.
Add the sweet potatoes to the water while you chop and peel the apples. The water should just cover all the ingredients in the pot.
While bringing to a boil add all other ingredients except the milk.
When potatoes are soft (poke with a fork) remove from heat and add milk.
Run through a blender in small batches and pour into terrine or soup bowls.
Makes 8-1 cup servings
