First crush pecan and mix with butter for pie crust mix push into pan and bake at 375 for 7 minutes. When mixing filling mix each ingredient add one at a time and mix until creamy. Cream cheese must be room temperature.Then add filling to crust. bake for 15 minutes at 375 then Turn down temp to 250 for 55 minutes put a pan of water under cheese cake to reduce cracking. Bake in a 9" springform pan. You can garnish with key lime zest for a decorative look.
