Grilled Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
1/4 Cup grape seed Oil1/4 cup lemon juice3 Tbs chopped fresh parsley3 cloves garlic1 pound medium shrimp
Directions
In a large bowl stir the grape seed oil, lemon juice, parsley and garlic together. Add Shrimp, toss to coat. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill. Thread shrimp onto skewers piercing twice. Discard remaining marinade.

Grill for 2 - 3 minutes per side
