Chocolate Seed & Nut Protein Bars

2 serving Bananna ripened and mashed well 2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) = 1 cup total. This is best if you process them in a blender for folks unused to real food. I never do this. 4 tbsp Flax seeds 30 gram Flax usa whole white chia seed 1 tbsp Vanilla extract 4 serving Nuts, Planters Deluxe Mixed Nuts with Sea Salt (21 pieces) --these should be chopped to smaller pieces. 4 serving Muscle tech chocolate whey protein 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Olive Oil Add the above ingredients together. If the mixture appears too dry to turn with a spoon, add small bits of water at a time. Spray baking dish with cooking spray or grease it well. Press mix into pan to depth of 1/2 to 3/4 inch. The cooking time varies according to depth. This doesn't have to be cooked, but can be refrigerated to solid state. If so, you must process the oats to powder form! Let cool on rack before cutting into squares. Nutrition is for #20.
Bake at 350 F preheated oven until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
