Lemon garlic scallops and whole wheat linguini

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 tsp Salt 2 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 8 oz Scallops, raw 2.0 cup buitoni whole wheat linguini (by MEL-MARTIN) 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 1 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
peel garlic and sauté in olive oil and salt until lightly browned. Remove garlic. Sauté scallions and remove and set aside. Cook scallops in pan until done. Remove and set aside. Add 2 cups cooked linguini and scallions to pan and sauté until warm.
Place linguini on a plate. Top with fresh basil, scallops, and shredded Parmesan.
