Cheesy Chicken & Rice Bake

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced1 can cream of chicken soup1 can chicken broth1 tsp. onion powder1 1/2 tsp garlic powder1 cup minute brown rice2 stalks celery1 1/2 cup green beans (frozen)1 cup mozzarella Cheese, shredded1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Mix everything together and place in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
