Yummy Whole wheat Bread.

Ingredients
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 1 ounce Yeast, bakers 2 tbsp Honey 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 1 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 16 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
Directions
Combine yeast, honey and very warm tap water in a bowl and let sit for 5-10 min.

Add in remaining ingredients and mix till combined, reserving about a 1/4c of flour for kneading. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 75 turns (about 5 min) adding flour as needed so dough does not stick to your hands.

Place dough in a covered and greased bowl to rise in a warm place for about 2 hours or until doubled in size. Divide dough in half and place into bread pans and let rise for another 15 min then bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
