Ingredients
0.25 cup Great Value Quick Oats .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .5 serving All Whites - 2 eggs .125 tsp Cinnamon, ground .0625 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together in a mug.
2. Microwave for a 1.5-2.5 minutes, depending on the strength of your microwave. (if you microwave it too long it will get hard!)
