3 serving mushroom, portabella, 1 mushroom (by RICOCHETBEAR) 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 4 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat 1 tsp old bay seasoning .5 serving Panko bread crumbs,1/2 c 2 1tsp Canola Oil 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 6 oz Bumble Bee fancy lump crab meat,6oz 40 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 2 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
saute onion and red bell pepper in 1 tsp canola oil , ,Add garlic if you want to.clean mushroom remove stem and gills. Add veggies to softened cream cheese. add bread crumbs,old bay ,siracha and crab meat,stir lightly to blend.stir very lightly. divide into thirds and scoop into mushroom cap that has been lightly oiled with remains tsp of oil. grate parmesean and top crab mix. place in a preheated 400 oven for 16-20 min. 1 mushroom cap = 1 serv.
