1.33 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added) 1.33 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted 0.75 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) .5 cup Cereal, Puffed millet (by DEESTRA) .5 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 5.28 tbsp Sweet Dreams Brown Rice Syrup (by MAEBEALL) .33 cup Honey .25 cup Maple Syrup
Directions
Roast nuts at 350° for 10 min. Heat syrups to 260° and mix all ingredients together. Quickly transfer to 9 x 13 greased dish
