Green Tomato Bell Pepper Flax Seed Coconut Oil Fry

Ingredients
1 tbsp Coconut Oil 0.18 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp *Flax Seed 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 serving tomato, green 1 med, raw (by MOHMAMA3)
Directions
combine flax seeds and water in a cup.(or grind flax seeds first and then add the water to that in a cup) Place coconut oil on medium heated grill and then add flax seed water mixture on top of it, flattened out. after about one minute, place green tomato slices on top of flax seeds, then add onion and bell pepper and saute about 2 minutes, then turn green tomato slices over and then saute everything another 2 minutes. ( the toasted flax seeds will stick to one side of the green tomatoes.)
Serve immediately with condiments of your choosing... I ate this with ricotta cheese and a whole grain seed bread roll today for dinner-very yummy and nutritionally sane.
