Healthier American Chop Suey (but still yummy)

1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey (*can use lean ground beef but nutritional info goes up*)1 cup chopped green bell peppers1 cup sliced or chopped red sweet peppers1 cup chopped onions2 cups (1 can)Del Monte diced tomatoes (no salt added)3 cups Darielle low carb pasta, mezze penne - cooked
Lightly spray big skillet with cooking spray. In skillet, brown and drain ground turkey and set aside. lightly wipe out grease from skillet w/paper towel (leaving just a little wetness for veggies). Add both peppers and onions to skillet over med heat for 2 mins or until slightly limp. Return ground turkey to skillet. Add diced tomatoes w/liquid and cooked pasta to pan. Cover and simmer over low heat for 7 to 8 mins stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
