1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Canola Oil 0.25 cup, sliced Almonds 0.25 cup Joseph's Maltitol Sweetner 0.50 serving All Whites - 2 eggs 1.50 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 0.25 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.66 cup Dried Cherries
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-by-11-inch pan with foil. Coat with cooking spray.
2. Whisk egg, egg white, sugar, oil, cinnamon, salt and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in oats, cranberries (or raisins), almonds and flour. Spread in prepared pan.
3. Bake until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool; cut into bars with a lightly oiled knife.
