Buffalo Brisket in the Slow Cooker

Ingredients
2 lbs buffalo meat, preferably a brisket cut but a roast will work too2 large sweet potatoes1 medium yellow onion
Directions
Peel onion & cut in half.
Cut sweet potates in 1-2 inch chunks
Place onions, sweet potatoes & meat in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
