.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 2 tbsp Salad dressing, Trader Joes Balsamic Vinaigrette 1 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 2 tbsp Basil 3 oz Feta Cheese 1 dash Pepper, black
Use spoon to remove gills from underside of mushroom caps.Discard. Mix dressing with garlic,brush onto both sides of mushroom caps.
Grill top sides up 5 min:turnTop with vegetable mixture grill 5 minutes or until mushrooms are trnder and cheese is melted . Sprinkle with basil.
