1 box Cheesecake jello pudding mix1 cup lite sour cream1/2 cup Smuckers sugar free Blackberry Jam1 cup Cool Whip lite1/4 cup 1% milk
Combine the pudding mix with the milk and sour cream. Mix in Jam and cool whip. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Chill in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
