Creamy Cauliflower mash with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Butter, salted 3 oz Cream Cheese 1 tbsp Garlic powder
Directions
microwave cauliflower with butter and cream until cooked (took me about 18 minutes!) mash in a blender with cream cheese and garlic.

Serving Size: makes 4 1/2 cup servings
