2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 3 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets, boiled 6 cup, chopped Kale 1 head, small (4" dia) Cauliflower, raw
Place all ingredients in a large pot. Cover with water. Boil then reduce to simmer for 40 minutes. Add cauliflower and simmer for 15 more minutes.
Puree in food processor. May add tablespoon of hard boiled egg to bowl and parsley.
