Canned salmonMargarineFlourMilkPeas (frozen)
Directions
Melt 1.5 Tbsp. lite margarine in heavy pot or skillet. Add flour and whisk until browned. Add milk and continue whisking. Add peas and salmon, broken into pieces, along with salmon juice. Cook stirring gently until heated through. Serve over toast or pasta.
