Low Fat Pesto

Ingredients
2 tbsp Pine Nuts, toasted1 cup fresh basil leaves, rinsed1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/3 to 2/3 cup Chicken Broth 2 cloves garlic
Directions
Toast Pine nuts and set aside. Heat broth and garlic in microwave for 3 minutes and allow to cool. In a food processor or bullet, combine pine nuts, parmesan cheese and garlic, pulse a few times. Add 1/3 cup of broth and half basil leaves, pulse till well blended. Add remaining basil leaves and pulse more, till smooth. Add more chicken broth as needed for desired consistency. Use over noodles or as a topping.
