spinach and ricotta pasta shells

Ingredients
24 jumbo shells1/3 cup feta1 cup light ricotta1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1%1/4 cup parmesan1/2 cup cheddar1 tsp. grated shallot1 egg2 cups pasta sauce
Directions
thaw and drain spinach
blend with cheeses
put in fridge and cook shells for 5 minutes only
rinse with cool water
stuff shells and place in baking dish and cover with pasta sauce
bake at 375 until bubbly
