CQ's Baked Teriyaki Chicken

1 can fat-free chicken broth3 Tablespoons of cornstarch3/4 cup soy sauce1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar1 teaspoon ground ginger1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder (actually a garlic and herb mix)6 large, boneless skinless chicken breasts
In a liquid measuring glass, whisk 3 T corn starch with the can of broth. Add remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.
Cut chicken breasts into strips and place in 9x13 baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and cover dish with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve chicken and sauce over rice or noodles. Feeds 6-8 depending on how much chicken/rice you serve each!
*Nutritional info is for chicken and sauce only for 8 servings. No red wine vinegar seemed available as a choice, either.
