Cilantro-Lime Chicken and Rice with Black Beans

Ingredients
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tbsp Canola Oil 4 serving green onion 1 serving salt and pepper to taste 2 cloves Garlic 1.5 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 2 tsp Lime Zest (by SMARTIEBEE) 3 tbsp lime juice 1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans 2 cup Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice 4 tbsp Cilantro, raw
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook 6 minutes till tender while adding light portions of green onions and garlic. Stir in broth, green onion greens, green chilies, lime zest, lime juice, black beans and season with salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil, add rice and fully immerse in broth. Boil 20 seconds then remove from heat and cover. Let stand 6-8 minutes. Toss and add cilantro.
