Crockpot Country Style BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
2 lbs pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs1 cup chopped onions2 cloves garlic, chopped1 18 oz bottle KC Master Piece BBQ sauce (or whatever you like) 2 1/2 cups water
Directions
Chop the onions and the garlic in a mini-chopper or food processer. Simmer them for about five minutes. Put them in the crockpot.
Add all other ingredients, make sure BBQ sauce is last.
Cook on low 6-8 hours (depending on your cooker).

    I know it's a hit if my 2 year old eats it and clears his plate! We paired it with corn on the cob and mashed potatoes and I cut portion sizes a bit. - 8/25/11
