8 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese 2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter 1 serving Stevia - Green Leaf Powder with 1 cup water mixed1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 large Eggs0.25 tsp Natural Sea Salt .5 tsp Xantham Gum 1 tsp Baking Powder 2/3 Cup Almond Flour1/3 cup Vanilla Whey Protein Powder2 Cups Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Mix cream cheese, butter and peanut butter in a large bowl and mix. Add xylitol and vanilla and blend. Add eggs one at a time while mixing. Mix in the rest ingredients minus chocolate chips well so there are no lumps. Mix in chocolate chips. Place bowl in fridge while oven preheats to 350 degrees. No less than 10 minutes. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Use small cookie scoop to scoop balls of batter onto cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes till edges are golden brown. Let cool a few minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
