hcg chicken and cauliflower mash

Ingredients
1 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 serving Poultry Seasoning 1 serving sea salt 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 4 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 serving green onion
Directions
Cook chicken breast using cooking spray (no oil)
Season chicken
Meanwhile steam cauliflower until tender
Mash cauliflower (masher, nutrition bullet, food processor)
Add garlic and salt to mash
Cut up cherry tomatoes and add to chicken, toss with seasoning in pan
Plate cauliflower, top with chicken and garnish with tomatoes and green onion
