Italian Summer Squash

Ingredients
1 tbsp Canola Oil3 cups chopped Onions, raw 3.5 cups (2 cans) Diced Tomatoes 1.75 cups (1 can) Great Northern Beans, drained & rinsed3 cloves garlic, crushed8 tbsp Basil, chopped2 tbsp Parsley, chopped3 large Summer squash, quartered lengthwise & sliced
Directions
Saute onions in canola oil. Add tomatoes, beans, garlic, basil, and parsley. Bring to a boil. Add the summer squash, return to a boil, and simmer until squash is tender.
