tofu broccoli slaw stir fry

Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm, 1 block *Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw, 16 ozGarlic, 1 clove Onions, raw, 1 slice,)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 3 tspPeanuts, dry-roasted, 1 oz
Directions
Stir fry broccoli slaw for about 2 mins. in 1 tsp olive oil. Remove from pan. Drain and chop tofu in cubes. Stir fry in another 1 tsp olive oil until brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Add last tsp of olive oil to pan. Add onion, garlic and broccoli slaw. Stir fry over medium high heat about 2 minutes, add tofu, soy sauce and peanuts. Toss to combine.
