Cucumber-Garbanzo salad

Ingredients
4 cucumbers (8-1/4") (with peel), quartered lengthwise & sliced1 can Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans), drained and rinsed0.5 cup finely chopped Onions1 can Black Olives, drained and sliced4 tbsp Parsley, chopped3 tbsp Canola Oil 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Lemon juice 2 cloves Garlic 1 tbsp grated Lemon Rind0.25 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp black Pepper
Directions
Combine cucumber, garbanzos, onions, olives, and parsley. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, rind, garlic, salt & pepper in shaker. Pour over cucumber mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
