4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Splenda .5 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
mix dry ingredients, melt coconut oil then add egg and beat mixture, add to dry ingredients and put into a microwave safe mug or bowl and microwave for one miniute
