Ingredients
3 cups chopped Tomatoes1.5 cups chopped raw Onions.25 cup Jalapeno Peppers finely chopped1 Bunch of Fresh CilantroSalt to taste.25 cup Lime Juice
Directions
This will make a nice bowl of Salsa for your gathering.

All you really need to do is chop all the ingredients up into small chunks and mix together in a bowl. The chili peppers are to taste so that can either be more than 1/4 cup or less than that.

The lime juice tends to cool it down a bit and give it some tang.

Now thats the way to do it! Have fun with ingriedients though... try adding corn, bell peppers or black beans to the mix. I also add a clove or two of finely chopped garlic. - 1/13/09
