Carrot & Courgette Protein Pancakes

70g skimmed milk40 gram(s) Protein Works, Diet Protein Pancakes, dry weight 1 cup, raw grated carrots1/2 cup, grated courgette (zucchini)1 medium spring onion (scallion)1 tbsp parsley Salt and pepper
1. Heat a non-stick flat frying pan.
2. Prepare veg and then mix together
3. Mix dry pancake mix with skimmed milk and stir well.
4. Add vegetables to pancake mix
5. Drop one spoon of pancake mixture into pan, flattening it into a round, and then repeat three more times, to make four small round pancakes.
6. Cook on high heat until brown and then flip over to cook other side.
7. Eat immediately
