1.5 cup Bisquick original pancake & baking mix .33 cup (8 fl oz) Boiling Water
Heat oven 450. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Stir Bisquick & water until soft dough forms.
Divide dough into fourths.
Pat each part of dough into 6-inch circle of cookie sheet, using fingers dusted with Bisquick mix;
pinch edge to form 1/2-inch rim. Spread sauce & toppings on dough.
Bake 9-11 minutes or until crusts are golden brown.
Serving Size: makes 4 crusts
